Fiduciary commitment

  • John does not double-end a deal, unless expressly requested on your part.  An agent cannot completely focus on your needs when they are primarily focused on just getting the deal closed.  Should a buyer without an agent show sincere interest in purchasing your property, they will be referred to another trusted agent.  The fiduciary commitment is to the client and every effort must be made to focus on your best interests.

Interaction with John

  • Accessibility to your agent when listing a property is very important.  Your calls and e-mails will never go unanswered.  You will always have direct and prompt access.  Phone calls not answered after 7 pm will be returned first thing the next morning.
